GIORTAMIS bakery started its operation in Heraklion in 1972, in "Romantic Corner" area. At the beginning, we participated as partners and then (1992) the Giortamis family fully took over the business, which we turned exclusively into a bakery. After the last renovation in 2011, we turned it into a "traditional bakery".

Since then, with absolute respect and dedication to tradition, quality and impeccable service to our customers, we create and offer innovative and enjoyable creations.

We remained faithful to the tradition and purity of our raw materials. We rely on traditional recipes from the villages of Crete knowing and honoring the value of the tradition of our place in delicious and nutritious products. At the same time, however, we innovate with appetite and imagination, constantly enriching the list of our products. We constantly create and propose innovative taste experiences combining pure ingredients and tradition with new trends.
